Golden Cupids Hotel is owned and run by Peppe and her English husband, Peter. Well known both locally and via Golden Cupids Hotel’s worldwide guest support, Peppe has developed a reputation for her kindness and generosity not only to the local community but also in making Golden Cupids guests feel welcome. With a heart of gold, Peppe has spent the last 4 years devotedly supporting the local orphanage. During your stay, guests are encouraged to visit the orphanage and to serve food to the children. All donations are utilised in making the orphanage a better place without any administrative deductions. Peter has written two novels about his experiences in the Thai hotel industry. On sale since mid 2009, the first is called Principles & Passion and tells the story of his and Peppe's life and the second William's Women is about the romantic experiences of hotel managers. Peppe and Peter greet all guests with equitable hospitality and try their hardest to make you feel at home. They make sure you feel welcome in amongst their Thai village community and also offer you the comforts of English warmth and charm.

Please arrange in advance with reception.

Policy on children staying with parents:
- Most children enjoy the hotel, but are expected to behave without disturbing other guests.
- Parents are requested to supervise and control children at all times and especially around the swimming pool.
- There is plenty of safe adjoining land where parents can take children for ball games, badminton, football and noisy sports.
- The VIP Luxury suite is not available to guests with children under 12 years old.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations are subject to 30% charge of the initial booking cost.
