Late check out policy:
After 11:00hrs and up to 17:00hrs a day rate will be charged. After 1700hrs, the normal night rate will apply.

Policy on children staying with parents:
"Children sharing parents facilities no charge, extra facilities requested ie extra bed for child, the normal room rate will apply"

Cancellation Policy:
A 50% refund of the deposit will be given if reservation is cancelled 15 days or more prior to check in. 14 to 3 Days prior to check no refund of the deposit will be given 2 days - up to check in a charge of ONE FULL NIGHTS accommodation per bungalow will be charged. This is to offset administration costs and loss of revenue from turning other bookings away to accommodate your reservation.
