Cancellation policy

  • Full refund prior to 30 days before arrival (less reasonable administrative costs
  • 30 to 15 days prior to arrival refund 75% of full payment
  • 14 to 7 days prior to arrival refund 50%
  • 6 days or less or no show lose total payment

Child Policy - Children under 10 are free of charge if sharing existing bedding

Late Check out policy - check out after 12 noon will be accommodated where possible.
About Us
Barry and Marilyn Barnard are a Filipino and English couple who have been holidaying on Boracay for 12 years.  A few years ago they realised their dream and finished their beautiful vacation villa.  Now they are very pleased to open the property to other lovers of this Paradise island or indeed those who have not yet discovered its charm. 

Message from Barry

Hello, my wife, Marilyn, and I live in London, England but visit her lovely family here in the Philippines a couple of times each year.  We, of course, always come to Boracay during these visits.  We've been coming to Boracay for 20 years and in the early days, there was no electricity!  We fell in love with the island and after talking about it for 20 years, we finally built our villa in 2007.

I was with British Airways for many years but fortunately took early retirement to follow my own interests, such as building a villa on Boracay!  I first got to know the Philippines when British Airways appointed me as General Manager, based in Manila - and the rest, as they say, is history!

Marilyn is from an academic family in the city of Iloilo in Southern Philippines.  We have 3 kids, a son of 29 and 2 daughters of 23 and 12.  We will, in future times, retire to the Philippines and enjoy the laid-back lifestyle and sunshine on offer here.
