Yanque is the second town after Chivay, surrounded by eucalyptus trees in a quiet atmosphere close to the Colca River. Yanque is the perfect place in the Colca Canyon.

Getting Here

If you come on your own. When you arrive at Chivay bus station, you should take a "motorcycle taxi" to the station "Combis" which will Yanque, you get to the square of Yanque, and that questions to the people by the family home you have reserved. It is quite an adventure but it's worth.
